Refunds & Exchange
We know planning ahead feels tricky just now, so we’ve amended our terms and conditions to include no quibble refunds or exchanges if you can’t attend a performance due to Covid symptoms or cancellation on our part.
We strongly recommend mask wearing for audience members while they are inside the theatre including during the performance.
Vaccinations & Testing
Under the current guidance, you do not require to produce your vaccine status but for the comfort and reassurance of our audience, all our staff take regular lateral flow tests and we encourage you to do the same.
We know that in person visits are not possible for everyone, so our Northern Stage at Home programme allows you to watch shows online
Alongside an increased cleaning schedule, we have installed hand sanitising stations and invested in paperless ticketing. We also recommend pre-ordering your interval drinks to reduce queues.
This was always the case, but we really do want you to know it’s ok to nip to the toilet during a show. If you go when you need to go it will help us reduce queues at the interval!
To keep you and our staff safe, we will continue to adhere to the latest government guidance. As your performance date approaches we will be in touch regularly with details on what to expect from your visit – including things like how to move around the building safely.
