Overview

Esther has been Artistic Director and Joint CEO of Pilot Theatre, one of the country’s foremost national touring companies on the mid-scale since 2016 where her directing credits include Mary & the Hyenas, Noughts & Crosses, A Song for Ella Grey, The Bone Sparrow, Crongton Knights, Brighton Rock and Traitor. She also recently directed Expendable by Emteaz Hussain for the Royal Court.   This masterclass will be an exploration of the challenges and rewards of directing on the mid-scale.
