What is Tech Club?

Tech Club is a fun introduction to the world of technical theatre for 14 to 19 year olds.

You will be introduced to light, sound, special effects, and stage management. You’ll get the chance to try out different backstage roles in our professional theatre space. You will work together to design and produce your own technical installations.

If you’re curious about what goes on behind the scenes in a theatre but don’t know where to start, this is the perfect opportunity to start exploring.

When is it?

Saturday mornings (10-1pm) during term time at Northern Stage, from Sat 13 Jan until Sat 30 March 2024.

Performances

As part of this group, you will have the chance to see A Song for Ella Grey together on Saturday 10 Feb at 2pm at Northern Stage.
