Welcome to Scale Up!

Drawing on three years of close consultation with freelance artists, the national theatre sector and independent theatre makers in the North East, SCALE UP is our new talent development strategy. Scale Up will give artists access to the skills, networks and experience they need to achieve their artistic and professional ambitions of scale. It supports theatre makers’ progression whether they’re making the jump from micro to small-scale, small-scale to mid-scale, or beyond.
