Cubtastic crafts 🐨

It’s nearly time to meet Kevin and his furry friends in our bear-y special show, The Koala Who Could.

Get show ready and create your very own pawsome koala crown to wear to the performance!

What you’ll need:

  • A piece of A3 coloured paper (ideally grey)
  • A ruler
  • Pair of scissors
  • A glue stick
  • Black biro pen or pencil
  • Black and pink marker pens
Grey paper, a ruler, a pair of scissors, a pritt stick and some pens
Grey paper with 2 rectangles and 3 semi circles drawn on, ready to be cut out
  1. Firstly, with your coloured paper and pen, draw two rectangles (approx. 5cm wide) for the headband. You’ll also need to draw two semi-circles for the ears and a large semi-circle for the face.

2. Next, cut out each of these shapes.

3. Grab your glue stick and attach the two rectangles together to form the headband. Then, attach the koala’s face and two ears together.

4. Once you’re happy that all the parts are attached, it’s time to decorate! Using your pens, give your koala’s face some features. Don’t forget to add some detail to the ears too.

5. Now that you’ve finished your design, attach the two ends of the headband together to form a circle so that your crown is ready to wear and enjoy!

There’s still time for you to book tickets for The Koala Who Could. Don’t forget to bring your new koala crown!
