We believe that every individual has enormous creative potential and that drama can be used as a vehicle for social change. Northern Stage provides opportunities for everyone at whatever stage of their life, and wherever they come from, to explore, develop and realise that potential.

Every year we work with over 5000 people of all ages and, through a variety of community initiatives and one-off projects, create opportunities for individuals to discover their own creativity, develop skills and increase their confidence.
