Saturday May 6th: There’s a goat in my house!
Stories about getting out of trouble. Will Mrs Tidysweep ever get back into her house? Will the mosquito make anyone happy? You’ll have to come and hear to find out!
Join Chris Bostock, the Storyteller, on the first Saturday of the month to hear some of the stories he has collected from all around the world. Be prepared for lots of participation and lots of fun as you learn to dream with your eyes wide open.
You'll need to be ready to travel around the world, to the bottom of the sea or even to the stars, to meet interesting people, wonderful animals and see extraordinary sights - but we'll always come back in time for tea.
Chris may need your help in opening up his magical Storymaking Kit, to help create the wonderful new stories that have never been told before. Featuring a different programme of stories each month.
The next Storyteller session will take place on:
Saturday June 3rd: Tales from across the pond
Stories form America. Find out how Brer Rabbit helped Grandpa Racoon and how Gluskapi found the wind eagle.
Running Time: 1 hour
Recommended Age: Children aged 5-8 and their families
